A short piece created to spread the word of The Great Lost Bear’s 35th Anniversary in Portland. A conversation with Dave Evans, the owner along with his wife Wessley, revealed that he wanted to make something new out of it, as ‘nobody cares about anything old right now’, ha.
We dug up some old images and previous anniversary t-shirts and I blended it with old VHS footage to compare it with the oh-so-prevalent hipster culture in Portland. It was supposed to be fun and simple; just like the Great Lost Bear.
